Trades UK 247 has been involved in building refurbishment since our initial founding years. We’ve been privileged to carry out property refurbishment work for estate and commercial properties, local authority buildings, residential blocks and historic buildings. The collective knowledge of our management team and staff has allowed us to engage in a range of refurbishment projects and gives us the ability to adapt to challenging requirements.
Our long history in interior and exterior repair work for modern, old and historic properties enables us to provide expert advice on repair plans, integration period specific materials, future proof material options, ongoing maintenance plans, design plans and modernisation additions.
As principal contractors, our refurbishment projects include al associated trades. We have extensive experience carrying out complicated refurbishment projects to a high standard. These are often in restricted locations in London and the Home Counties.
